Avery Template 5160 Labels Not Printing Correctly From Word. Hello! I'm trying to print some labels from a Mail Merge list in Word 2016. Whenever I go to print the first row of labels is fine but the rest progressively start getting worse and worse down the page until the final row is totally above the label.

Answer. Word 2013 in Office 365 does have the Avery 5160 template: What may be confusing is that the list is not in numeric order, but in an "alphanumeric" order. In Word 2013, click the Mailings tab on the ribbon, and click the Labels button near the left end. In the Labels dialog, click the Options button. In the Label Options dialog, set the Label Vendors dropdown to Avery US Letter. Then scroll the Product Number list. Note: this list is in "alpha" order even though the entries are numbers.

Use the Avery 5160 label under Avery US Letter instead of the Avery A4/A5. under Avery A4/A5: 5160 - 2.5x0.906" - 4 columns of 12. Under Avery US Letter: 5160 - 2.63x1" - 3 columns of 10. DavidF. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site.
Select the Product Number of your labels, then click OK. Click Select Recipients > Use Existing List... Locate and elect your Excel workbook, then click Open. If necessary, select the sheet with data. Use the "Address Block", "Greeting Line" or "Insert Merge Field" buttons to fill the first label. When the first label is OK, click Update Labels.
