I would just like to point out that many, many people spend a bazillion $'s on truing, cutting, prepping and finishing tires, only to put them in a tire rack (than may be in a hot trailer over the summer) that puts pressure (typically) in two spots on the face of that groomed million dollar tire..... food for thought on how to store tires and build tire racks.

That would work good. I make mine as a rack that stands on the floor all pvc. I run a strap trough the rim holes and around pvc to keep the from bouncing out. The reason I make mine freestanding is so when im at the track my tires are next to my kart so I can swap at will and place used on rack.
Anyone have trouble installing a FastLabs spare tire rack? Mine seems to be binding and won’t seat properly. I can only get one coupling tight . I watched the video from FastLabs and that rack seems to snap or pop to the roll bar. If there’s a trick here help would be appreciated. 2024 SS model.

Yes I distribute the BullDog Race Products tire rack plates. They are made for std 1/2” EMT conduit and have hole spacing appropriate for both regular flat kart slicks (31”-35”) and outlaw karts treads (34”-39”) roll outs.
