In the Xfinity app on my Android phone I have: "Account" icon / Account settings / Xfinity ID & Security / Comcast email / Go to inbox-or- "Account and identity" button / Xfinity ID & Security / Comcast email / Go to inbox. But "Go to inbox" is just a link that opens the "connect.xfinity.com" webmail site in a web browser.

Download the Xfinity Stream app from the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store or the Amazon Appstore. Open the Xfinity Stream app on your mobile device and tap Get Started. My Account App not gone? I received a notice saying the My Account App was going away April 26th. It has not. Did Xfinity change their mind? The Xfinity App is not really ready to replace the My Account App. Way too many things are missing in the Xfinity app.
