They only appear as fishing loot (and fishing-related activities, such as looting lunkers, opening fishing bags, Tuskarr tackle boxes, etc.)

Going from 1080p to 4k is roughly a 300% increase in the amount of pixels to render. So if you get 150fps@1080, expect to drop to around 40fps@4k. For ram, you don’t necessarily need the ultra highest top of the line ddr4 5000 or anything, but anything in the 3000-4000 range should be fine. For storage, definitely get a fast SSD.
