95 votes, 101 comments. true. I'm having the same issue. People here saying maybe the site is fake, but if I try to use the normal 1337x.to url it gets blocked.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong but when I went to go download a movie from 1337x like normal it told me I couldn't download torrents without a VPN. Strange I thought, I was able to download a few days ago no problem. But when I turned on my VPN (PIA) it still wouldn't work, all the links redirect to a blank page.
1337x started demanding a VPN before being able to download, so I went on and got Mozilla VPN. Yet the site still transfers me after clicking magnet download to this weird screen to force another vpn on me? And yes, I'm using the real 1337x.to. How can I fix this, and how do these torrent platforms actually know I'm using a VPN? Thanks in advance.
Matter of fact, when I started I searched up "how to download from 1337x" and it told me how. Hate to say it but for questions like this google seriously is a bazillion times faster than waiting for a reply, unless for some reason you can't access any search engine whatsoever.
1337x hosts torrent and magnet files. Those files tell your torrent cliënt where to download your movie ...
Magnet is basically a direct link to your torrrent manager, adding the torrent automatically. torrent file is the same torrent but as a file, you download the file and then open it, opening it sends the torrent to your torrent manager and then you can download the content of said torrent.
27 votes, 23 comments. true. A workaround is to right click on download page and select "View page source", then scroll down until you see the lines that go completely across the page, there will be mostly orange numbers with a purple link at the end.
1337x.to 1337x.to The issue is 1377 is so close to 1337 but 1337 is the correct one. But the REAL problem I think is, that if you just google 1337x you will find 1337x.tw/ which will then in a sneaky way link you to 1377.to.
I wanted to save some .torrent files from my favorite uploader for later use but on 1337x I can't download the torrent file, only magnet link and info hash is available, is there any way to just download the file and not its content?
