If you have linked the wrong Netflix account to your Streaming TV (Sky Glass or Sky Stream) account, you'll need to contact Netflix directly to update it. You are correct. You only pay £8pm for Netflix Premium via Sky. It's a very good deal and one of the cheapest ways to get the top tier of Netflix. You don't need to cancel your existing Netflix account, you merely login to the Netflix app on your Stream puck and billing will automatically switch over to Sky.

We did not want HD TV so have not got Sky HD add on. Does this help. Hi @Kath6161. Yes - as you rightly thought, as it stands, you only get Netflix Basic via SKY (SD & 1 screen) - as you have not yet linked your Netflix account then yes you are paying twice for Netflix currently.

By having a Sky subscription which covers Netflix, and then signing into the Netflix app on a Sky device (Q box, Glass television or Stream puck) using the existing Netflix credentials. This generates an instruction for Netflix to switch billing to the Sky account.
