However, since yours is not coming from a font platform but rather a stock image one (Getty images) there is a good chnace that this set of letters aren't even a font, but more likely an "illustration", like a logo or some freehand lettering. You can find it here
There is no Find Font tool in Acrobat, as there is in InDesign and Illustrator, but you can open your PDF in Illustrator, which will allow you to use the Find Font tool (sometimes). Do not save the PDF in Illustrator, as it may break your PDF. 2 Upvotes. Translate. Thom Parker.
Hi. It's been a few months since I've been doing visual research on adobe fonts. It scans the image and stops right there. Nothing else happens, it gets stuck, it doesn't advance to the part of delimiting the box. Is anyone going through this or managed to resolve it?
It was far superior to the Typekit Web page for finding appropriate fonts.
If you open the PDF in Acrobat DC or Acrobat Reader and select Properties it will list fonts embedded in the document. The same thing can be done in Adobe Bridge. However, the information displayed in both applications will be somewhat limited.
I was given this file that has been outlined and I am not able to identify the fonts because I don't have them on my computer. Because they are outlined, the font finders aren't able to recognize. I have tried importing to photoshop and using the find font but again I can't because the fonts aren't on my computer.

C, E, R In C, there's an XML file called 'entitlements' that lists all the fonts you have. In the file name, you can find a number that shows you where the font file you need is in either the E or R folder. For me, the font I wanted had a long URL with 'TkD-36501' in the middle.
