We are streaming on a monthly basis and I just have issues with Chrome which even the Restream support wasn't able to help with. When I just log in to my account into Restream studio chrome behaves laggy as back in the 128k modem days. I know the way using a stream key but this just seems to connect to the main single stream.

It is not caused by OBS, it is strictly a network issue, but OBS can help. Follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues. The quick fix is to enable Dynamic Bitrate. Settings > Advanced > Network.
