Hi, reno uninstaller fixed the browser issue but it didn't clear the app still showing in settings/installed apps.. I then did a PC reset which seems to have worked...PC App Store not showing anymore. Thank you Paulo and AW for your help....

Honestly, a fresh windows install would be easiest. If you are able to back up all the files you want to keep, wipe your drive and resinstall windows from a USB that would insure that you get rid of it. Make sure you have your Microsoft account info if you use one.
