Not a virus but Adware or PUP. Lenovo's bloatware:(This seems to be part of Lenovo's partners SweetLabs Pokki suite. The Pokki Start Menu includes an app store of sorts. This can be tricky to uninstall if not listed at your Control Panel > Programs and Features.
