    If you have "My Account" set up with CRA online, you can change your address from your account: sign in your account. on the right-hand-side menu under "Related services": click on "Change my address and phone number". If you don't have "My account" set up, you can call CRA at 1800-959-8281. I hope this was helpful.

You can call them at 8:00 am. Then you will not wait for a long time. 1 800 959 8281. Prepare your SIN, address, and recent tax document.

    First, try a different computer or clear your cache. This may be a cache issue. If not, you will likely need to contact the CRA to sort out the account issue. Your account may have been compromised. Back to your "change my address" problem - you can't actually change it online anymore. That feature has been disabled for months.
