  2. Rebates : r/menards - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/menards/comments/optb2w/rebates

Otherwise, you have to realize you are paying tax on the amount of the product. I’m in Illinois so those $3 hand sanitizers with a $4 rebate are only net 70 cents due to 30 cent tax. Still a good deal. I just felt bad that the cashier was required to scan each bottle and wasn’t allowed to enter a quantity. 1.

    www.reddit.com/r/menards/comments/17opnjk/i_wish_menards_had_online_rebate...

I wish Menards would sent up online submissions. If both HD and Menards sell the same basic item for the same price I will choose HD when the 11% rebate is on. Menards is losing my business over how they handle the 11%. I would choose Menards every time if the rebate process was easier. Menards and HD are across the street from each other.

  4. Who processes the Menards rebates? how do they handle that ... -...

On a typical 8 hour shift I would probably do about 1500 rebates. That makes sense, I just thought it was strange that such a small town could handle what I presume is a massive amount of mail. From experience I know that a well staffed PO could handle it. 100%. A friend of mine works for Menards in the rebate area.

Rebates International is the clearinghouse responsible for processing rebates and we are following guidelines as directed by the sponsor. ***side note here by me: there are a multitude of laws which I have read, including state statutes, which imply there is a 5-year minimum before expiration and/or service charge applied.

  6. 11% Rebate program is dead : r/HomeDepot - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/HomeDepot/comments/1awzp3q/11_rebate_program_is_dead

Now Home Depot discontinued there 11% rebate. Of course I found out about Home Depot No longer doing their 11% rebate after I went out and got real wood baseboards to do the downstairs. Well Menards is a little further away but I will have to watch and see when they are giving the 11% discount. 1.

  7. Rebate program is a scam : r/menards - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/menards/comments/1cav6me/rebate_program_is_a_scam

Rebate program is a scam : r/menards. It’s not really a rebate or discount. It’s store credit. If I spend $100 and you give me $11 back in the form of credit I have to spend in your store, that is bullshit. It is designed only to make customers (we are not “guests”) spend more. There is no savings.

  8. "I never get any rebates" : r/menards - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/menards/comments/vy6c7x/i_never_get_any_rebates

This subreddit is dedicated to Menards! Customers, Contractors, and Team Members are all welcome! SAVE BIG MONEY AT MENARDS! "I never get any rebates". I don't care. I hear this so many times and I feel like I am the only one who reads the front of the fucking rebates. It says ON THE FRONT OF THE REBATE, "Print Clearly and stay within the boxes ...

  9. Rebate Final Mailing Date? : r/menards - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/menards/comments/1dhj81j/rebate_final_mailing_date

It's a scam only if you don't know how to manipulate everything else about shopping at Menards, which most "guests" and even most employees don't. Sounds like the 'final mailing date' on the rebate slip is just another trick they've added to the con since I left, so no biggie. I could've sworn back in the day you had like 3 months to mail in ...

  10. Can you use a rebate that has someone else's name on it?

    www.reddit.com/r/menards/comments/1699891/can_you_use_a_rebate_that_has...

Nice. Yeah you can. Yep, you're good to go. You don't have to sign them anymore. So long as you aren't an employee - no one will care. There's nothing on the rebate card itself that says it's non-transferable, so... Im sure if your last names are the same it should be fine. Just pray you dont run into a stickler.

  11. Rebates are a scam? : r/menards - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/menards/comments/kvudaj/rebates_are_a_scam

    1. Reply. Share. StefaniLove. • 1 yr. ago. Yes. Menards rebates are a total scam. They even beat a class action lawsuit, which means they are legally allowed to scam you. Technically it isnt even a "rebate" but a store credit for future purchases - and that ONLY if they dont pretend it got "lost in the mail."
