Hi, When I start Premiere Pro CC 2019 on my computer the first screen I see is "Blank screen" like in photo 1 (Attached Image), The home screen that I'm supposed to see with my latest project that I'm working on, like in photo 2 (Attached Image), never show up. How can I fix this issue? Thanks!
1. Reboot your computer once and close all the running Adobe apps (Including 'CC Library' & 'Core Sync' from Task Manager). Try uninstalling after that. 2. Thank you, thank you. I added the user to the scratch folder and all Adobe folders. It wasn't until I deleted multiple "Adobe" folders from the documents folder before the software successfully opened.
My video rendering and playback option is all grayed out when starting a new project. In Premiere Pro CC 2018 i could choose between: "Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA)" (the one i always choose) and "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only". But in CC 2019 version the option is grayed out on the "software only" option.
