Under no circumstances should you make a new account to get around a suspension. This will result in a permanent ban for you from Etsy, even if your original account may have been eligible for reopening. If this is a suspension for a new shop review, be patient. Contacting Etsy multiple times will not help.
I looked at my Etsy login IP addresses and they are all the same. I thought it might be IP but frankly, my designs are my own and part of my company which my IP lawyer can attest to. So I really do not know what has caused the suspension.

I opened a store on Etsy today and immediately started receiving different messages from different senders with Etsy Support avatars that my store was suspended, need confirmation etc and I urgently needed to confirm my banking information. Try to place a normal order. Then add your credit card before making payment. After adding credit card in your art order, refresh your payment setup page of your shop. You will find your credit card details already populated and to ve selected for shop billing.
In any case, the process was slightly different when setting up a shop under my personal etsy account. First, I was required to create a listing before setting up Billing. Then once I got to the Billing section, I was given the option of selecting a credit card that Etsy already had on file or inputting a new one.

Hi! I was permanently banned from Etsy a few years ago and they banned my dad and family members eventhough their shop was 100% in compliance with Etsy policies. Now my boyfriend wants to create an account and I will work on it with him. He has : different identity different home address different internet connection
Etsy suspended my seller account 2 years ago, recently asked them to check again, and Etsy support admitted it was a mistake. Asked to give my account back to a new email, & after verification they gave me some French dude's personal account instead.
Etsy clearly isn’t making this obvious about because I do get a lot of people confused over this. But I am always surprised by how many people will pen angry messages before bothering to Google this or look through Etsy’s FAQ.
