Burnt out teachers will not teach to the best of their ability because there is so much on their plate at once. You say it takes an extra 30 mins of prep for the teacher for each lesson. Most teachers have and average of 3-4 periods a day. That’s an extra 2 hours per day, plus 6 hours of school/actually teaching.
They don’t communicate well. Sometimes they just don’t communicate; they expect others to read their mind and meet their unstated expectations. At other times, they are simply boring when they do try to communicate. They make others feel dumb. They don’t miss many opportunities to point out when others are wrong.
To me, a bad teacher is one who is jaded and tired. You won’t like every teacher, you won’t like every subject, and you won’t like every activity asked of you. Teachers may be forced into teaching a curriculum that is less than stellar, which kids find boring and frustrating.

The world is full of bad teachers. You can choose to let them bring you down, or rise above their incompetence and shine regardless. Your marks are your own responsibility.
