One piece is funnier, has more heart, and is the more compelling in story, world building and characters. Naruto has cool fighting styles and powers that make for awesome fights even though the plot isn’t the best. Naruto was amazing and on par with OP until the 4th ninja war, that's were it flopped hard imo.
Naruto's animation also looks better. Story-wise I don't think the two are significantly apart. One Piece has a bigger and more diverse world, but Naruto's world seems to be more consistent in terms of size and consequences of events. This can't be "settled", it's a subjective thing.
One Piece is better than Naruto in almost every aspect except for animation and fight scenes. Naruto could have been as good as OP, but then put all it's eggs into the sharingan basket. I prefer Naruto. One Piece is over the top childish and the animation style feels like it's from the 80s.
Narutoverse wins this one, the deal breaker is the 6 paths characters, anyone beyond sage mode hashirama, the otsutsukis who are planetary level or even multi planetary. One Piece is infinitely better. You may, may be able to read and finish Naruto before One Piece ends. One piece shows some quality, unlike the other one. Naruto is only good at the beginning imo. Both are one of biggest name in manga history but overall One piece is the better manga when you compare them to each other.
I've only watched up to episode 500, but so far I can say with confidence that OP exceeds Naruto in most ways. One Piece: better characters, especially the female cast. better and more consistent plot. more engaging lore. better worldbuilding. Naruto: better music. better fights.
That is completely opinionated so its really just whichever you like more. Nah One Piece plot is far better than Naruto. It is just that Naruto adaptation is better than One piece adaptation and fights are better in Naruto. But the over story, the world building and even characters are better in One Piece.
Definitely Naruto, most One Piece fights bore the hell out of me, only ones that stood out to me were Strawhats vs Arlong's crew, CP9 vs Strawhats, thriller bark through sabaody arcs. Most of the east blue saga fights were pretty boring and I fell asleep trying to reading Fishman Island and dressrosa.
