GrubHub was amazing in 2020 when COVID lockdowns first started. Now? I don’t even bother starting the GrubHub Driver app. The pay is simply one of the worst out of all the gig apps. It's probably just really busy though and there aren't enough drivers out. One possibility is that the tip is too low to be worth it depending on distance, how long the restaurant takes, and what other people in the area tip. I've seen orders several hours late, you would need to contact grubhub to have it cancelled.
