firehawkmph. Back in the 90's when I was building new homes, I had the electrician install a temporary electric pole on every job early. Bricklayers didn't need it for the foundation, but everyone after that did. Back then it used to cost me around $225 and a very small electric bill each month it was in use.

Lap the housewrap over the top of the ice and water. Install the new deck ledger, cover the ice and water where it laps over the foundation. Install galvanized deck ledger flashing. Tape the top edge of the deck ledger flashing with Zip or 3M tape. Optional: water table and drip edge above it (I always install these). Reinstall siding.

If you know the dimensions, and that all studs are either 16 or 24 o/c, it is not that hard to figure out from there. It was how it was done before computers became the norm, and is still done on the fly.

If you projected a grid onto a vaulted ceiling, the lines would be parallel all right, but the distances between them would change due to the ceiling's differences ...

Just as an FYI - stair construction might have passed the framing aspect but most wait till the end to make sure everything is within 3/8. A nice one will ask have you doublechecked your numbers with the finishes to make sure everything comes out right. Fix it now before the end as it can get really expensive.

By code I will need a triple 2x10. for the 9ft to 11 ft span I can use 20ft long 2x10's however to cover the 2 11ft sections I would need a 2x10x24 which I cannot get.
