In a nutshell: Magnetic system is better than anything than Tru-glo has. Hardware (screw) systems better than anything that Truglo has. If you have a Truglo hardware system just go to Home Depot and replace the cheap allen screws with a decent black machine screw. Sadly I bought all Tru-glo first because I was skeptical of Hiviz.

Mag I've ever fired proved to be very pleasing in the accuracy department. 7x57 is right, the recoil is "no worse" than a 30-06.
