So my daughter (8 years old) bought a $25 Roblox gift card yesterday. It's the kind with the pin under foil on the back of the card. The foil wasn't scratched off when she got it. Hello! I don't think your friend can redeem that gift card, unless the currency matches with the same one as in her country. Yeah its a common issue, Tell him to contact support, they will ask for some information like the giftcard code, country and user, Then they will give ur friend those robux.
I would go to ROBLOX.com and they have a gift card thing on there. That way you know you’re going to a reputable seller at least. That site you have sounds like a rip. 10 Pounds grant you 800 Robux. 20 pounds equals 1600 Robux. I'm relying on the price for the actual robux on the site.
