I’m officially 6 weeks as of today (well, as far as I know… I’m in Canada, so I haven’t been able to get into my doctor yet 😅 blood work on Friday). I’m exhausted. I have waves of nausea, my boobs hurt, I’m moody, I can literally sleep for 16 hours straight, and still wake up tired. Today headaches have started.

sleep the first two weeks was horrible. I couldn’t fall asleep. Had night sweats. Woke up a million times a night. Horrible anxiety. This slowly went away. Now at 6 weeks I’m asleep really quickly, don’t wake up all night, and I actually feel rested in the morning! I have lost 8.6 lbs. as a woman, this is a lot in 6 weeks!

I’m 6 weeks into sobriety today from cannabis misuse over the last 8/9 years (from ages 21/22-almost 30). I always thought of myself as a recreational user, and was for probably half of my journey.. I didn’t smoke everyday. But I would say I smoked or took edibles 4/7 days of the week on average over the last 9 years or so.

It only lasted a day or two and went away. I had some pink spotting that tapered off again around 13 weeks and it was similar to what you described.
