Back in 2001, the printed books and DVD versions were given away free for the asking by Ford BBAS. For years, all the way up until last year, Ford's BBAS website had the Body Builder manuals online, in PDF form, dating all the way back to 1997. 2015 Ford Bodybuilder layout book. Don't know if this has been posted yet, but it has a ton of info on dimensions and specs. I found the "no drill zones" part especially interesting. Click on "transit body and equipment mounting manual" and "transit". 2015 T250 high roof, extended, 3.5 Ecoboost 3.31 LS, cargo with windows all around.
Here is the URL to the 2014 Transit Connect Body Builders Guide. It contains all the body specifications and wiring diagrams. I have found the 2010 guide very helpfull over the past years when adding non-Ford accessories, tracing wiring and making modifications.
