Game8 is one of those guide sites that is only good for battle events. They give good enough information on which buff, team, and enemy focus to CLEAR. For general content they are pretty bare bones. Not sure specifically on Luka, sadly.
TL&DR: dont use game8.co ever (or do it, i'm not a cop lol), and use the megathreadh on monsterhuntermeta sub to view builds, strategies, guides etcc. Rise build pretty much very personalise because talisman and qurio crafting would mean the best build may not be the best for you.
Game8 has a lot of seo to get it's results to the first page of Google. However, that doesn't mean it's up to date. It'll have stuff that says "updated on today's date" but in reality, it only changed punctuation or invisible stuff to make it seem like it's new. Many of their guides are very out of date. I trust the guides on keqingmains the most
New highest tier, and reshuffle. Game8 is a decent site, but apart from the guides and builds they have this tier list. What seems to be off about this is that Eula is an S tier character, when she is the single strongest ever in the entire game by dmg. This is shocking, considering that ganyu is booted to SS and alhaitham and raiden are at sss.
I will always put this above gamepress or game8 co. You get what info you need and don't deal with reviews that honestly don't help that much and are really bias. Or Tier lists that can't account for the huge amount of possible builds and modes.
Whenever I see tierlists and other things mentioned, it's always from unite-db. I decided to compare them and their tierlists and recommended builds are very different. Overall I like the set up of Game8 better, and it seems to go into more detail, but I don't know which one has more accurate info overall. Figured I'd get everyone's thoughts.

Yes have used game8. Next build i'm looking for is pure defense for Lance prep, with a whole lot of resources and weapon sets at disposal. Absolutely. They stay up to date on what the most meta builds are from update to update, and are very well informed. I go to this website whenever I need to research a build.
The same can be said about beidou just a lot of similar misleading information. I’d suggest watching YouTubers compared to reading article sites, not a shot at their credibility, just most of the top ones I see are very misleading. Game8 seems somewhat reputable but I haven’t read much of the content they produce for genshin.
See what new enemies and challenges we'll face, etc. genshin.gg is a trash heap and game8 is only marginally better. You can try using prydwen but I'm not too big on that either. I agree with the general sentiment that both of these aren't great. This being said your team is good but also a bit squishy.
