303 dollars gets you your very own pc specced as shadow base. 10 months of shadow. If it's about gtx 1080 being useless, maybe you can play recent games on 1080p low. My monitors are 2650x1440 and 3440x1440, i don't want to play 1080p low. It's useless to me

Shadow is second. Latency is higher, usually 14-18ms. Stream quality is generally good, but I haven't managed a single session without at least one network stability warning and a few stream-related issues like video and audio quality drops. The overwhelming majority of the time, with both GFN and Shadow, if I didn't know it was a stream, I'd ...

Playing No Man's Sky, through the Shadow PC VR app, in the Oculus Quest 2, is pretty amazing. I'm cool paying more for the versatility that Shadow allows. I use GFN for Lost Ark and it's great IMO, but Shadow works with more games, has a VR option, has touch controls on all games, and is a full desktop that I edit photos and videos on.

  6. I've had Shadow for 2 months - My Experience/Review : r/ShadowPC...

    www.reddit.com/r/ShadowPC/comments/evtpln/ive_had_shadow_for_2_months_my...

Fast forward to 2 months later, Shadow has become my main gaming device. I originally purchased it to be a way to play some of my Steam games on my GPD Win 2 thinking I'd still prefer playing locally if possible. I never thought I'd be at a point where I'd spend most of my game playing time now running games at 60 - 144hz, 21:9 aspect ratio ...

Riot actually wants to get shadow players on valorant but shadow is lntnresponding so they aren’t moving forward. Oh, I guess I missed that part. Odd that Shadow isn't responding, considering how often customers are asking about it on Discord and Twitch (it's borderline harassment).

How I fixed my stuttering issues in Shadow. I was having major stuttering issues in Shadow. At 1080p or lower resolution it seemed to work fine but I wanted to play at 1440p and 4k resolution. When I changed my resolution on my local PC to 4K it was a slideshow on Shadow. I talked to Shadow support so many times trying to figure out what to do ...

  11. Playing Genshin Impact on Shadow : r/ShadowPC - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/ShadowPC/comments/qrpbea/playing_genshin_impact_on_shadow

As of now, Genshin Impact is not normally playable on Shadow. Sorry :/. If it were that easy, with no drawbacks, they would have done it already. How you think shadow is configured, probably isn't how it's actually configured. This isn't a VM you're spinning up at home on a local machine.
