The location for your current themes Slideshow pictures is; c:\users\your name\appdata\local\Microsoft\Windows\Backgroundslideshow\Slideshow.
Which will take you to wherever your default themes are saved. And there you can access the folders containing the pictures for each theme and add/delete and so forth.

Basically, I got Windows 10 and started to costumize it right away. I downloaded a few themes (from the microsoft website), then I opened the files that I downloaded and I got the themes.
