Whenever I right click it, it takes me somewhere else instead of the usual options like deleting it. Also I try to drag it do the recycle bin it doesn’t do anything. I also tried to check my desktop files which shows all the thing on my desktop and it doesn’t appear there as well. So that’s how I’m stuck on how to remove this application.

I suggest that you choose to go back if possible, go back to the state where you didn't set the image as the background, and delete it. Or, more directly, you could copy the content of your background image into another chapter and delete the notes from the current page. Feel free to post back if you need any further assistance. ^.^. Right click the Windows Key (folder) and choose New - Key. Name the key Personalization. Click the new Personalization key. In the right hand pane, right click and choose New - DWORD 32bit. Name it NoLockScreen. Double click NoLockScreen and set its value to 1. Close the Registry Editor and Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
Report abuse. Three features come to mind: 1) Highlight, accessible from the Ribbon's Home tab. Select the text in question and apply "None." 2) Shading, accessible from the main menu bar's Format > Borders and Shading, which can be applied to selected text or to the whole paragraph. Cancel it by selecting "No Fill."
