From 2:30pm Tuesday afternoon to 7am Saturday morning this specific DT was without power. The staff would come when daylight was available and just stock the backroom and recover the isles. Working in a building without light or AC had to have been atrocious. But they did it.

We get fake complaints at our store too. I got several this year, all provably false. We got a fake complaint the other day that was an obvious set-up, someone told our RM that the store was a mess. Not true. We proved it by taking a picture of every isle on the spot. Some people just like drama.
