Enrolling for the student discount is easy, and can be done by visiting this page. For new subscribers the discounted pricing will kick in right away. Hey @h0llygracee Welcome to the Spotify Community! Try manually verifying your school. Go to this Manual Verification Eligibility Page and type in your University/College. If you college still doesn't show up on the list, then this means that your school is not Title IV thus not being able to get the Student Spotify Discount.
Usually, spotify will send an email to notify that your student subscription is about to end in a few days. Click on the link provided in that email that says, "Extend Discount" and it WILL prompt you to go Premium. This may seem confusing since it feels like you are about to pay for a new subscription.
The issue is simple either manually add the student discount especially if I am already verified or just tell me it doesn't exist. Skip all the dramatics and saying there is a glitch they are working on it blah blah blah.
