I recently started an internet plan and received a free 2-year Peacock Premium subscription. I went to activate it today and after I signed in using my xfinity account, Peacock said I didn't have premium. I tried on my laptop, phone, and TV and still no matter what I still cannot access my premium subscription.

Then I login to my Peacock account, it does not have a Premium subscription and instead directs me to options to purchase a Premium plan. I am using the correct email address to login. I only have one Peacock account, and it is the same email that is the primary on my Xfinity account. I have never owned a Peacock Premium account.

My Peacock subscription stopped working so I went to connect to my Xfinity account and got this message "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account." The help just tells me to check my email address which is correct because I can sign into Peacock with it. Any help would be appreciated.
XfinityAldrik. Thank you for reaching out to us @user_efcxp3, there is a known issue causing some Comcast billed services such as Apple TV, Netflix, Peacock, etc. to have subscription related errors on Xumo. Our engineers are aware of this issue and hope to have it resolved soon.

Once logged, you can verify your Peacock subscription by clicking “Account,” navigating to “Plans & Payment”, and confirming monthly charges = $0.00. If there is no banner after accessing the Xfinity Assistant, the Xfinity Reward may already be activated.
