Reset Microsoft News App on your computer. Press windows key + I. Click on Apps. Under Apps & Features, scroll down and locate Microsoft News App on the list of apps installed on your computer. Click on Microsoft News and select Advanced Options. Scroll down and select Reset. Follow the onscreen process until reset completes.
Thanks for the reply Don. No, that is not the issue. I can access MSN just fine. The issue is that when I click on an article I want to read it only shows the first few sentences, then gives only one option saying "continue reading on the app" (meaning MS Start App).
