Portal - Portal™ is a new single player game from Valve. Set in the mysterious Aperture Science Laboratories, Portal has been called one of the most innovative new games on the horizon and will offer gamers hours of unique gameplay. The game is designed to change the way players approach, manipulate, and surmise the possibilities in a given environment; similar to how Half-Life® 2's Gravity ...
I personally like Portal 1 over Portal 2, but it is a matter of opinion. Portal 1 has less plot and dialogues - but is more action-packed, clear and timid. Portal 2 has way bigger story and lore - but feels too-much and too-packed. one way or another, but both games are awesome, you can't go wrong with any of two. #11.
Portal Console Commands. It feels like not many people seem to care about Portal 1 Console Commands, so today I am hopefully going to change that. Type "sv_cheats 1" into the console. Although Portal 1 is a singleplayer game, it can still host the servers, and players can play the multiplayer game together. But since the launch of Portal 1, the multiplayer gameplay cannot be played like the Portal 2 did, for example, the passing portals in Portal 1 multiplayer would just crash the game, so it cannot be played normally in the ...
Go to Options > Keyboard > Advanced > and select Enable developer console. Opening developer console is on top left button on your keyboard right below ESC button, it has a sign like this ~ (on some keyboards that might be changed). Open console and type " cl_showfps 1 ".
To create a server, open up Developer Console, if you are in a background map, type the command. disconnect. After that, type in console. maxplayers 32. to enable multiplayer. and then you have to change the server name. Type in console: hostname *server name here*. You can enter any server name you want.
I didn't like this first one because of a few things: - No timer above the autoportals. - No lamp on the ceiling at the start. - Radio is missing its red/green light and its radio transmission goal as well. - No 'emergency exit' in case players throw the cube inside the door (dialogue should play)
