I have changed my ID and password. The pop up keep asking to enter password to continue. I get no access to change the ID. (Grey-out). I had already uninstalled icloud but two icloud windows pop up - I close them and they pop up again. If the program is uninstalled how can this be happening. Also I have rebooted the computer, etc.

No no, when you start your computer iCloud will pop up prompting you to log in, if you close the 2! windows, it apparently needs, it'll open up again 10 seconds or so later, it'll do this about 3 to 5 times.
