    www.pilotsofamerica.com/.../usps-package-tracker.128928

I mailed something at the post office and was given a tracking number. I went to the tracking site and entered the tracking number. It directed me to a "free package tracker" software package. I went to install it and on the final step, I got the following message! W.T. F ! It can "read...

  3. UPS rant - Pilots of America

Checking later, USPS Overnight would have been $30, so the UPS Store sucks. Which is only an ancillary point to this rant. It took two days for the UPS envelope to get back to the attorney's office in NJ. Looking at the tracking timeline, it got from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho to Newark airport in 12 hours.

  5. Tracking Trains - Pilots of America

    www.pilotsofamerica.com/community/threads/tracking-trains...

They are given special identifiers such as "Z" trains on the UP and they will leave on time every day because if they don't arrive on time the railroad is in violation of a service agreement that is very lucrative, and very unforgiving. When I've asked for track time to perform even a 30 minute test on a rail, for example, I've been denied ...

  6. Lycoming oil additive & cylinders pumping oil - Pilots of America

The Lycoming additive is intended to prevent tappet wear, and is recommended by Lycoming for all of their flat tappet engines, though the actual AD only applies to some of them. Camguard is intended to prevent corrosion on steel surfaces (particularly cams) while the engine is not running. The oil ring solvent flush is completely unrelated to ...

John. Oct 22, 2022. #7. If the airspace is regular airspace (not SUA) and not a TFR, then the NOTAM is just advisory and does not exclude other aircraft. My goal was to find a super comfortable headset with decent ANR that they enjoyed wearing without breaking the bank in a crazy way. So I gave the uflymike a shot. $225 for the uflymike. I'm an eBay guy so $100 gave me a nice lightly used set of qc15's. So $325 for the headset.

  10. Dakota Vs SR20 - Pilots of America

    www.pilotsofamerica.com/community/threads/dakota-vs-sr20...

For the SR22T plan on a block speed of 180 KTAS. The side yoke takes five minutes to get used too. Stall speed is about the same 55ish knots dirty. The difference is flying Cirrus is the view out the window gives the plane a very late looking landing. This causes a lot of pilots to mismanage the flair on landing.

  11. 430W upgrade to 650..... Worth the money? | Pilots of America

    www.pilotsofamerica.com/community/threads/430w-upgrade-to...

I wouldn't. And I'm not replacing my 530W with a 750, either. I could see upgrading to a 750 if you wanted the bigger screen (and a new 750 is about the same price installed as a new 530W, and not much less than a used 530W), but not 430W->650 -- just not enough incremental capability to justify the cost to me.
