The most likely explanation is that Bounce TV, which is a digital sub-channel , had their contract expire with Spectrum. Bounce TV wanted too much money for a station renewal, they could not come to terms for a new contract, or an extension of the old contract. Bounce TV forced Spectrum to remove its station from Spectrum's lineup.

I frequently get the "Channel not available please try again later" page on certain channels that are in my tier on both of my spectrum boxes (Arris DCX3200M and DCX3510M). Rebooting each box often (but not always) solves the problem for a day or two.

I took a look at your account using your community registration and I am seeing that the modem is logging quite a few errors that may be causing the bitrate issues and blurring.
