Alright, so I figured it out. Your FANDANGO.com account can NOT have the same email address as your VUDU.com account. If both are the same, you will not be able to access your Vudu account. Since you can't change the address on your Vudu account because you are locked out, change the email address on your fandango.com account in the account ...

If you are using a controller, push the "Playstation" button that's in the middle. Don't know if there is a similar button on the remote. This does not sign you out, it only quits VuDu. I beleive to sign out you have to delete Vudu saved data...not sure if you have to delete the entire program and re-install.
5) My ISP is Comcast. 6) I'm in Florida USA. 7) I don't use any VPN or proxy. 8) I'm on the most recent Nvidia Shield update for my android TV box. All other apps on this box work fine. As I mentioned the first day when I bought my Android TV box I was able to sign into the Vudu app on the first attempt.
12-14-2020, 05:41 PM. Works fine on my Xbox and on my Phone for devices. It's something to do with the web interface going in through the browser. When attempting to sign in through web browsers I'm left on a spinner as it attempts to just reach the login page. I've attempted to sign in using Edge, Firefox, and Chrome.
Login Issues. I have sent 2 support tickets now and have yet to get a response to either. # 170120-000469 is the number to the second one. Basically, I went on to vudu and went to sign in and it kept on saying login failed. I created a new password, in case that was the problem, and it still wasn't working.
