Donna Hazouri Deegan (born February 28, 1961) is an American politician serving as the 9th mayor of Jacksonville, Florida. A member of the Democratic Party, she was elected mayor in the 2023 election, defeating Republican Daniel Davis in the May 16 runoff election.
