Once you sign the NCOER and submit it and it gets sent to HRC it is no longer an active NCOER so you can't view it. Vote up. (8)
Have you tried going straight to evaluations.hrc.army.mil? The HRC website was down last well, but EES was still up. EES usually has a published maintenance schedule over, which is over weekends. EES NCOER Troubleshooting. I'm working on an NCOER and the ACFT drop down isn't showing Pass, it shows pregnant post-partum and NO ACFT as options. Is there a reason for this? What do I do to fix it? Long-term support may or may not be by the same individuals that designed/coded/installed the system, with questionable support documentation. Many .mil sites are using outdated cryptography, such as SSL and TLS 1.0. Modern browsers have blocked the use of these algorithms. make sure that after the person signs the NCOER they hit the exit button at the top center of the portal page.
