Yes. The gpt-4 option in bing chat is using the gpt-4 llm, but it's prompted/configured differently for microsoft's purpose, so the outputs may be different. Bing GPT-4 powered chat lies so much it’s literally almost unusable. One thing I can tell you is that they are not the same thing.
