Ubisoft support sucks donkey dick. They sometimes reply instantly to your ticket (like within two days) but its not a helpful reply its like they have chat gpt writing up some bullshit. Then they will never visit your ticket again. I have had to put in six tickets for the same issue that started two months ago trying to transfer my game title.

I played on PS4 a couple years ago on an account that my dad made for me, but I want to play on pc now. That mail account has been hacked so I can't link it to steam. I can however log into the account via PSN on the web version.
I don't think there is a support that wouldn't get swarmed around this time. I'm just guessing though. From experience, I've contacted Ubi support twice via live chat and my issue was resolved quickly then and there. So you can always try that. 1.
WTF ubi. I have tried, reply in the same ticket but got no response; opened another ticket, but got deleted the second day because of "duplicated tickets" (that was quick) That was on Jan, and then I forgot about it at all. I reopen the web page today, and guess what, still no reply. 4. Share.
Ubisoft support not responding? I left a ticket like 5 days ago about how many of my cosmetics and operators that I had on console did not correctly transfer over to pc with the cross progression. I did get one response, literally 2 minutes after I made the ticket, which just said double check you have the right account transferred.
