There are alternatives to a problem vs. calling GM directly. You may get alot further quicker if you go through the chain of command at the dealership. How do you contact Chevy to file a complaint on a Service Dept. You are going to get a lot further trying to get to the store's dealer.
What bothers me is the surveys (or lack thereof) for warranty work. I have been offered via mail a survey on warranty work maybe 25% of the time. When taking in a GM car to a GM dealer for non-warranty work (service, for example, or the mandatory Virginia safety inspection), I never get offered a survey by GM.

Before getting upset I said to my wife, let me call the service department at the dealership and see if they've heard of this happening to the 2014's. I got the service manager on the phone, and he said "try turning the wheel left and right and wiggle the key at the same time". Great. Tried that.

Finally, I would also suggest posting and responding to the following site for common reference. General Motors has admitted that they have a problem with the 4L60E transmissions that they use in the Trailblazer, Envoy, and Bravada lines. The reaction sunshell and reaction sungears fail.
2010 Silverado with numerous drivetrain complaints. I purchased a brand new 2010 Silverado in May, 2010 which now has 4,400 miles on it. It is 2 wheel drive and has the 5.3L motor with the 6 spd automatic transmission. When I first test drove the truck with 14 miles on it, it didn't get up and go very good.
GM truck seat's have stunk since the gmt-900 lines. The gmt-800's were great imo, like lazy boy seats in your truck, my 14 which is the same as current days gm trucks for the most part are thin padded and cheaply made. GM seats are fine if you weight like 130-150 pounds which for trucks represents maybe 1.5 % of those who buy them..
