Juniper. Call DirecTV. Number below if you needed. When you get the voice prompt say "cancel". Politely let them know you wish to cancel and why. Agent is required to find out why you are canceling and to make a (reasonable) attempt to retain your business. If options do not work for you, stay firm (but still polite) on your request to cancel.
