Honestly I dont think bloodlines can be ranked A to F. They work better and worse in different scenarios, and are completely based on level and mostly skill. Any help :/. No you have to have bloodline bag. Yu can save 2 bl if yu press save on the first slot if yu spin them yu can go back to em if yu press load for free. Limiteds and event bloodlines can be equipped without bl bag, though everything else needs it. If you buy bl from rc shop you can put at on again.
