Try turning that off to receive that email then back on. The problem with this setting is that it doesn't tell us nor the sending company that it isn't getting to us.

Hi, Please follow next three steps: 1- Check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there. 2- You can also add the email address no-reply@dropbox.com to your address book and then try sending the email again. 3- If you're still not receiving the email, contact your email service provider to troubleshoot further.

Others within the company have drop box accounts and are receiving emails fine. I checked with our IT support and they have confirmed that no-reply@dropbox.com is allowed.
