Ever since Summer this year, I couldnt log into Disney plus on any other devices than my PC. I mean I could, but it would show me this message. For anyone wondering, it says "Your only one step away from streaming. Please complete your sub, to start streaming on Disney+" On the button it says "complete subscribtion".
Click on Settings at the bottom of the menu. Click on Log Out. Be sure that's what you want to do as there is no confirmation step. On the next screen click on LOG IN. If you had set your Disney account up with a different email than is used for your Roku account, click "Use different email", otherwise click "Continue".
I tried to sign into Disney plus on my fire stick on my TV and it won’t let me - asking to confirm my subscription. Restore purchase doesn’t work. Im signed in on two phones and those work just fine. I logged out of Disney Plus account on one of the phones and now unable to sign back in - having the same issue as on my fire stick.
