If you're looking for decrypted ROMs they're in the megathread, they're 1fichier links which personally I don't like since you can only download like one file per day. Ziperto has decrypted ROMs too.
bluedragon8633. Idk if OP needs this anymore, but to the people coming from Google: romsforever.co has almost always had working roms in several different regions/formats. It also has a much cleaner interface than some of these other sites, in my opinion. Edit: make sure you use an adblocker though, apparently it has popup issues.
