You can navigate to your forge server folder and find "user_jvm_args.txt" open this in notepad and it will give you instructions on how to change the amount of allocated RAM. I tested this in forge 40.1.57 for 1.18.2. Hi, I actually can't solve the problem. I wrote in this file the next two lines and server RAM keeps 2GB only.
