15 October 2021 at 9:10PM. I sent an email to the address given for complaints to Amazon (complaints@amazon.co.uk) only to get a response that the address is not currently accepting emails! Does anyone know how I can contact them. Their usual Customer Service options have been a waste of time.

The customer service system is showing the package has been delivered and so I cannot get a refund. The fact that I gave the OTP seems to be the only proof Amazon need that the package has been delivered. But you have to give the OTP to get the package. I have spent 2 weeks and many hours going around Amazon customer service.

Amazon Prime has charged me twice - sometimes three times. Hope you all had a lovely Christmas/time off. I was scrolling through my online banking transactions and I noticed that were two payments of £8.99 taken every month. Usually one at the beginning and one at the end of the month.

I even went to a screen which appeared to offer that option but the display at checkout still showed that I would have the free trial. You can place an order of £25 and pay I think it's £2 for small order surcharge or £35 and get free delivery. Vans have freezers and come from local store, in my experience. Amazon does sell non-fresh Morries food via ordinary Prime. I saved £9 on a case of tinned salmon compared to store price.
