    Well, in fact, Windows Photo Viewer is available on all Windows 10 including 21H2 and on Windows 11, too. The main problem, that it is hidden, and cannot be chosen from Open With context menu. To achieve this I would recommend to read the following article by Ashwin.

    I understand that the Photos app's arrow disappear after updating to Windows 11.     Hi, Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I suggest you to follow the steps and check if that helps. Open This PC on Taskbar. Click or Tap on Pictures folder. Click on View. Click or tap on Options and select Change folder and Search options. Click on View and uncheck Always show icons, Never thumbnails. Hope this helps.

I have tested that with PC where is clean installed Windows 10 Pro (now updated to 20H1 preview build 18895) so it's still hidden under the hood and it's working fine. Just run reg patch and go to Settings / Apps / Default apps set Photo Viewer as default. Update = Replace old bugs with new ones.

Data from picture is not on the Data menu, but you will find it on the Data TAB of the Ribbon if you have the current update to Excel installed (16.57) and you have an Office 365 subscription. As Bob said, check your version and license type by going to the Excel menu and choosing About Excel.
