I am having exact same problem. I do however have different login email address for login for Roku account and disney+. My disney plus is free through my cell carrier and in my spouse email. Never came across this til about 5 weeks ago. I am logged in everywhere else. Kindle, phones, laptop, Samsung TV, Xfinity on demand app.
It has nothing to do with Hulu. It has to do with Roku. It’s defaulting to the Disney+ login for Hulu. As the people above have stated, and I can confirm, we have Hulu accounts through Hulu. What we need is the ability cancel the default login to Disney+ linked Hulu. Tonight, I’m watching Hulu using screen mirroring.

Try to turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console !
