Open the Microsoft 365 (Office) app. Look for an option like “Install Office” or “Get Started.”. If you don’t see it, try clicking on your account profile picture or initials; sometimes the installation option is there. If that doesn’t work, you can directly download the Office apps from the official Microsoft website.
Of course, if you have the installation media that was used to install Office on your old computer, you could probably use that to install it on the new one. But, it all depends upon the version of Office that you had on the old computer. If it was an OEM version, it was only licensed for use on that computer.

In the Insert File dialog box, you can click the arrow on the Insert button and choose Insert as Link, which will use an INCLUDETEXT when inserting the content.
